Actual

Catalon celebrity chef Ramon Freixa comes from a family of chefs. He brought with him the reputation of a Michelin star earned at the Freixa family restaurant "El Raco d'en Freixa" with him, when he embarked on a new venture called "Actual" in the Grand Central Hotel on Via Laietana and Pare Gallifa.

For "Actual" Freixa has designed a versatile and creative Catalan and mediterranean gourmet menu worthy of his culinary skills and reputation.

As Ramón Freixa says himself "I have been wanting to mix the best of our cuisine with flavours, techniques and products from other lands for a long time. This is how ACTUAL came about".
