Ruscalleda is considered one of Spain finest chefs. She held an amazing 7 Michelin stars in total in 2018: 3 for her restaurant in Spain called Restaurant Sant Pau in Sant Pol de Mar to the north of Barcelona (and which she is closed herself at end October 2018), 2 stars for her Restaurant Sant Pau in Tokyo, and 2 stars for Restaurant Moments in Barcelona.
