Spain v Denmark Handball 2013 final 2013 Final World Men's Handball Championship Spain Sunday 27th January 2013 at 5.15 pm Spanish time (CET) Stadium: Palau Sant Jordi arena See handball final free or online on TV channel La1 if you are in Spain. Handball's biggest game of 2013 is today in Barcelona in the Palau Sant Jordi arena on Montjuic hill. 16.500 handball fans hosts the Men's World Championship final. The teams are Spain managed by Valero Rivera and Denmark managed by Ulrik Wilbek. Spain have only won gold once before in 2005 while Denmark have yet to win a world championship title despite being in three world cup finals. Denmark is the only side with a clean sheet of 8 straight wins. Spain only lost once to Croatia in their last group match. And Spain have the advantage of the home support, but be assured that many Danes including Princess Mary of Denmark will be in the stands cheering the red and whites on. Good luck to both teams and congratulations to you both for reaching the final. Let's all enjoy a wonderful final match today in Barcelona at 17.15. This event listing is no longer active.
