Greek singer Demis Roussos performs in Barcelona as part of the Palau de la Musica Catalana's winter series of concerts called the "Millennium Festival - Festival Millenni" which welcomes many big names to Barcelona. After decades of success, after having made his mark on the history of rock with Aphrodite’s Child and after a top-class career during which he’s sung in half a dozen languages, Demis Roussos is back with a new album - ‘Back to the roots, back to the tracks’.  Demis Roussos’ new album is a rock album that calls to mind the legendary hits of Aphrodite’s Child (Rain and Tears, It’s Five O’Clock, I Want To Live, End of the World) as well as the current British rock-soul revival.

How to get to Palau de la Música Catalana

The Palau de la Música Catalana is one of the world's leading concert halls. It was built by famous Catalan modernist architect Lluís Domènech i Montaner between 1905 and 1908. In 1997 the Palau de la Musica was declared a "World Heritage Site" by UNESCO.
