Yes and no.

It can snow in Barcelona, but is is very rare. It can snow a little for a few hours but the snow usually melts within hours.

The chances of it snowing in Barcelona at Christmas are extremely slim.

In the winter months from December to end March you can experience snow near Barcelona in the Pre-Pyrenees mountains and the Pyrenees mountains.

The easiest way is to book a day tour to Andorra which is located in the Pyrenees mountains. There a couple of companies that offer a day tours to Andorra.

Another option is to take the ski bus package to a ski station called La Molina which is in the Pre-Pyrenees mountains.
