Badalona is one of Barcelona’s neighbour city to the north and the fourth largest city in Catalonia, Spain with a population of 220,000.

Badalona is on the Mediterranean sea coastline and has many cultural tourist attractions

Badalona to Barcelona's city center is 20 to 25 minutes away by subway or tram.

Badalona offers excellent and inexpenvie hotels and has a nice beachfront area.

Badalona beach
Quiet beach with good facilities and Pont del Petroli (Petroleum Bridge). This is a pier orignally used for the unloading of petroleum from ships but remodeled in 2009 for recreational use. It is 250 m long and 6m above the sea and hase lovely view.

Sant Jeroni de la Murtra monastery
Monastery built in the 15th century in a valley of the Marina mountain range where Columbus might have met with Catholic monarchs on his return from his first voyage to the Americas.
