Relleu torxa olímpica. 5km Olympic Torch run in Barcelona under the motto "Sempre Olímpics" (Always Olympics) is one of the events that will conmemorate the 20th Anniversary of the Barcelona 1992 Olympics and the games mascot Cobi, which put Barcelona on the world sports map. A Olympic torch relay with 36 famous Catalan athletes and sports personalities will again carry the Olympic flame through the streets of Barcelona on a 5km route from Plaça de Sant Jaume in the barri Gotico to finish at the Olympic Museum on Montjuic hill. The Anniversary Olympic Torch run in Barcelona starts at 18:00 - 6 pm. You can see an exhibition about the 92 games mascot "Cobi" at the Barcelona Olympic and Sports Museum on Montjuic hill until 2nd September 2012. Further anniversary celebrations will take place at the annual La Mercè festival in September when the T-shirt of the popular "Cursa de la Merce" run will be printed with a tribute message to the 92 Olympics.
