Passejada amb Barret. Barcelona's Stroll with a Hat event. 20th year of welcoming spring by strolling wearing a hat. This fun event was inspired by the New York Easter Sunday tradition on 5th Avenue of people taking a walk in their Easter bonnets. The Barcelona walk with a hat starts at 12 noon at the top end of Rambla de Catalunya where it meets Avenida Diagonal, at the statue called Girafa Coqueta ('flirty giraffe') sculpture and hat wearers stroll down to Plaça Catalunya. Whether you prefer classic elegance, crazy extravagance, cap or top hat, beret or bowler hat, cocktail hat or turban, this is your chance to show off your headwear.
