Arenas de Barcelona is a former bull fighting ring in Barcelona. Empty for decades it was reborn as a fabulous shopping mall featuring a 360º roof-top skywalk terrace with panoromic city views. The Arenas de Barcelona shopping center features a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. The rooftop offers panoramic views of the city, making it a popular spot for visitors.

The entire facade of Las Arenas bull ring was raised one level and a roof top cupola with an open terrace was added to create a sky-walk and a concert and theatre space in the dome.

Las Arenas was built in 1900 and originally designed by architect Augusto Font y Carreras. It had room for 16.000 bullfighting fans. Bullfighting is now banned in Barcelona but can still be experienced in other parts of Spain.

The columns were designed by the architect Puig i Cadafalch and were intended to symbolize the four bars of the Senyera, the Catalan flag.
