When is best month to visit Barcelona?

When is best time of year to visit Barcelona. It depends what kind of vacation you are planning. If you only want to see city attractions like churches, museums then any month is fine but some are better than others.

January 
Good to visit because not so many tourists so fewer lines, but a couple of attractions like Magic Fountain are closed for annual maintenence. It can be chilly in January. Good deals on hotels

February
Good to visit because not so many tourists so fewer lines and not so crowded.  Can be chilly. Good deals on hotels

March
Good to visit. Easter can be very full and crowded. Weather usually quite mild so great for sightseeing. Apart from Easter not too crowded.
