Teams:
Spain are in the final following their 2-1 semi-final success against France in Munich. Spain where champions in 1964, 2008 and 2012 and can become the first team to win four titles. They are competing in their fifth EURO decider, their only defeat to date against France in the 1984 competition.

England beat Netherlands 2-1 in Dortmund to claim a place in the final. This could be their first EURO title, having finished runners-up at EURO 2020, where they lost to Italy on penalties at Wembley Stadium. That was their first final appearance in the competition.
