Mediterranean Tall Ships Regatta 2013. Barcelona welcomes the Tall Ships Race to our shores on Saturday 21st September to Tuesday 24th September 2013 which coincides with the 2013 Merce Festival as part of the "La Mercè a la Mar" - Mercè at Sea festival events. The Mediterranean Tall Ships Regatta 2013 is based at Port Vell harbour in Barcelona for a 4 day festival which features crew parades and guided tours of these majestic queens of the sea. Wonderful event and wonderfully organised by non-profit foundation Sail Training International and the Barcelona Foundation for Ocean Sailing (FNOB)
