Federal cafe. Federal Sant Antoni is a cosmopolitan style brunch cafe on the corner of streets Parlament and Comte Borrel in left side of Eixample area of Barcelona. It is in a corner building with three stories with an open air roof terrace. The food is a little pricey for the portion size, but it is fresh and tasty and the menu offers brunches, a ploughman's lunch, smoothies and lattes. The service, however, brings the experience down a bit. It's slow and the staff are indifferent, so it's the locale´s airy and bright decor, the location on lovely Carrer del Parlament street and the food, which keep people coming. Reservations not possible.
