ABaC Hotel. ABaC restaurant is an elegant, minimalist establishment considered by many to be one of Barcelona's best restaurants.
Chef Jordi Cruz has the distinction of being the youngest chef in Spain to win a Michelin star at just 26 when he was at Estany Clar de Cercs outside Barcelona. ABaC was awarded two Michelin stars in 2012. In 2018 he rose to three Michelin stars, which is a testament to Jordi Cruz as one of the world's great chefs for innovative, experimental and original cuisine and top service by designer clad staff. ABaC restaurant can seat up to 56 diners. Guests can enjoy the new pavilion which connects the interior with the garden and terrace.
