Information Private Ski day tour to Masella

Duration: 11 hours total, which includes approx 6 hours alpine skiing at Masella ski area.

This ski tour operates from beginning of December until April depending on snow conditions. The tour will cancelled if weather/driving conditions are unsuitable. In case of cancellation due to bad weather guests receive full refund. Multiple day tours not possible. Transfers and luggage not possible.

Enjoy a full day of skiing at the lovely mountain ski resort of Masella. Masella is a popular ski resort and one of the closest places to ski near Barcelona. Masella ski station has a skiable area of 72 km with 62 ski pistes: 9 green runs, 23 blue runs, 22 red runs and 8 black runs.

Elevation is from 1600 to 2525 m The driving time to Masella from the centre of Barcelona is 2 hours – including a brief stop en-route. Masella is next to the ski resort of La Molina and the two ski areas are connected under the name "Alp2500"

This ski trip starts at Masella, but you can choose a ski pass that gives access to both ski areas. Together the two resorts offer a fantastic day of skiing. Both Masella and Molina have an extensive snow canon system, which means that even when the temperature in Barcelona is warm, we will have good coverage of natural or artificial snow. Your guide will help you rent skis and get your lift passes.

What is included in Barcelona ski day trip price?

This day ski trip includes

- pick-up at your hotel or residence in Barcelona
- transport by mini-van to Masella ski resort near Barcelona
- introduction, assistance renting equipment and buying ski passes 


What is not included in price?

- 1 day Ski lift pass season €42 for adults - see Masella ski pass prices
- 1 day equipment rental (around €25 for skis, sticks and boots)
- meals (around €20 for lunch and snacks)

2)  Tours are non-alcoholic and non-smoking during transport
3)  No fancy dress or stag groups
4)  Bookings are confirmed within 12 hours by email
5)  2 small bottles water per person included
6)  Meals, equipment rental and lift pass not included
7)  Refund policy:
If cancelled 7 full days before tour date = 100% refund
If cancelled 2 days before tour date = 50% refund
No refund for cancellation within 48 hours of tour start.
If cancelled by operator due to bad weather full refund less 5% adm fee.
